Entrance fees for all members will be HK200.00 (effective Jan 1, 1996). Honorary Members do not need to pay entrance or subscription fees. Annual subscription fees shall be paid on the first day of January each year. If subscription is not paid by the next Annual General Meeting, the defaulter shall cease to be a member unless and until the subscription in arrears has been paid up in full.
Application for Membership
Application for all type of membership shall be supported by a HKCNDP member. For applicants who do not have a referee, please submit a copy of your registration certificate or proof of academic qualifications together with your application form.
Entrance fee and subscription fee to be attached with application:
Full Member: HK$200 + HK$350 = HK$550
Associate Member: HK$200 + HK$250 = HK$450
Affiliate Member: HK$200 + HK$150 = HK$350
Life Member: HK$200 + HK$6000 = HK$6200
Payment method of fee:
1. FPS- you can pay via FPS (FPS ID: 133 960 682)
2. Direct credit - you can directly credit the payment to our account at the HSBC bank (account No.: 082-283540-001)
3. Cheque - you can send a cheque payable to "The Hong Kong Society of Child Neurology & Developmental Paediatrics"
** Please send the bank receipt/ cheque together with the signed application form and other necessary documents to our Honorary Treasurer at Room 901, Manning House, 48 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong or via email at wongylt@yahoo.com.
A receipt will be issued to you via email upon receiving your bank receipt/ cheque.
** Application will be considered for admission at the regular meetings of the Council
