Full Member	Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Paediatrics) with three years training in child neurology and developmental paediatrics.	All privileges including voting power and right to office	HK $300 (effective Jan 1, 1996)
Associate Member	Any medical doctor registered with the Hong Kong Medical Council, who has interest in the field of child neurology, developmental paediatrics and/or neurological sciences.	All privileges but with neither voting power nor right to office	HK $200 (effective Jan 1, 1996)
Honorary Member	Eminent personalities in the field of child neurology, developmental paediatrics and/or neurological sciences, invited by the Council of Society.	All privileges but with neither voting power nor right to office	Not Necessary
Affiliate Member	Any professional who has interest in the field of child neurology, developmental paediatrics and/or neurological sciences and not already eligible for Full, Associate or Honorary membership.	All privileges but with neither voting power nor right to office	HK $100 (effective Jan 1, 1996)

Entrance fees for all members will be HK200.00 (effective Jan 1, 1996). Honorary Members do not need to pay entrance or subscription fees. Annual subscription fees shall be paid on the first day of January each year. If subscription is not paid by the next Annual General Meeting, the defaulter shall cease to be a member unless and until the subscription in arrears has been paid up in full.

Application for Membership

Application for any type of membership shall be proposed by one Full Member and seconded by another Full Member. Details please refer to the Promotion Criteria to Full Membership

Fee to be attached with application:

Full Member:              HK$200 + HK$300 = HK$500
Associate Member:    HK$200 + HK$200 = HK$400
Affiliate Member:       HK$200 + HK$100 = HK$300

** Application will be considered for admission at the regular meetings of the Council
